FAQs

What can I expect from my first appointment?

During your initial consultation, Gaby will discuss your problem/injury in depth, to get a good understanding of how the injury came about, before moving on to assess how you move, where your strength deficits may lie and coming up with an accurate diagnosis and a treatment plan that you are happy with. This usually involves a combination of hands on treatment, and a tailored training programme.

How can I keep track of my progress?

Gaby will discuss key targets with you, based on your assessment and injury history to ensure you have a clear path to success. Examples of targets that we track might be muscle size, strength (using a variety of methods, including isometric testing), range of motion, or endurance of a particular muscle group. Gaby uses a programme called PhysiApp, where you can access your tailored programme and record your results, as well as monitor your symptoms. It allows her to make any adjustment that might be needed to ensure optimal results.

What is the cost of a consultation?

Initial assessment / follow up (45 minutes) £127.50

Initial assessment / follow up (60 minutes) £170

Initial assessment / follow up (90 minutes) £255

We recommend booking 1 hour for your initial consultation if you would like some hands-on treatment straight away. Following your initial consultation, Gaby will discuss the length and frequency of follow up that is right for you. We understand that everyone has different needs and goals and it is important that the treatment plan aligns with your goals.

Do you accept insurance companies?

Unfortunately we are not able to accept payment through insurance companies at the moment. Please check with your individual policy, as you may be able to claim back some/all of the cost of your appointment through your insurance.
